Brett Taylor is a Gold Coast trainer with more than 40 years of martial arts experience and 15 years as a personal trainer.
Brett has taught adults, kids, seniors, and beginners across disciplines including Kung Fu, Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong.
His focus today is simple: helping everyday people build functional strength, healthy movement, resilience, and longevity — without complexity or pressure.
