Guided breathwork, Qi Gong, and slow-flow practices that ease stress, improve energy, strengthen focus, and develop long-term resilience through controlled breathing, mindful movement, and grounded intent.

BMF – Boxing & Martial Fitness

Wednesdays · 7–8 PM · Burleigh Waters

A practical, high-energy class blending pad work, striking fundamentals, footwork, mobility, and functional conditioning.
Designed for adults of all ages who want to build strength, confidence, fitness, and resilience — without the pressure of a traditional martial arts school.

This is a social, community-style class, not a competitive fight gym environment.
You train with partners, swap pads, learn together, and build fitness in a supportive group of everyday people.
No ego. No intimidation. Just solid training and good company.

Bring: Water, towel, gloves (if you have them).
Cost: Casual: $15
5-Class Pass: $65 ($13 each)
10-Class Pass: $120 ($12 each)

Brett Taylor is a Gold Coast trainer with more than 40 years of martial arts experience and 15 years as a personal trainer.
He has taught adults, kids, seniors, and beginners across disciplines including Kung Fu, Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong.
His focus today is simple: helping everyday people build functional strength, healthy movement, resilience, and longevity — without complexity or pressure.
